Speech for Celebrating the Website Open By President of Suzhou Furukawa Power Optic Cable Co., Ltd

In the time of website completing of Suzhou Furukawa Power Optic Cable Co., Ltd.( SFPOC), I am on behalf of the Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. (FEC), Etern Group Co., Ltd. and China Huadian Power Engineering Corporation and all staff to give my warm celebration and best regards to friends at all circles. SFPOC has begun its one service stop system of OPGW design, produce and sales since its foundation on June 25, 2002.

Adopting the most proud OPGW technology from FEC and great achievements, SFPOC has combined fiber telecommunication production from Etern Group Co., Ltd. and many years achievements on power construction projects from China Huadian Power Engineering Corporation who has close relationship with China National Power System. Meanwhile it is the mutual business and mission of our three companies to meet our customers' requirement by supplying high quality OPGW through exerting our advantages.

FEC has 120 years long history in cable industry and been taking the first place. Besides, it is the pioneer of cable and fiber industries in world power and telecommunication. FEC began to research and develop OPGW since 1982 and set OPGW factories in Quebec Canada to produce aluminum OP unit and SUS pipe OP unit type OPGW to meet customers' needs. FEC has twenty years history of providing these products for Japan, Canada, China, Indian, Southeast Asia, South America, etc. In China, FEC has created more than 1,200km achievements on 220kv, 500kv of the first trunk line.

FEC takes Canada PFI as central stage to act as the pioneer of OPGW technology development and gathers OPGW users, manufacturers, fiber factories, some professionals to annually hold World OPGW Forum to develop new technology. In the near future, SFPOC will become a powerful member in World OPGW Forum, taking an active part in this field.

SFPOC locates in Wujiang Suzhou and possesses the advanced equipment and technology. It started its business in 2002, then achieved ISO9001- 2000 Certificate and Power Equipment Permission. Annual output of SUS pipe OP unit type OPGW reaches 4,000km. We do believe that we will make more contribution for expanding China Power New Construction while taking perfect quality products as our honor.
